DFM review, tolerance stack-up analysis and technical clarification before quotation.
Supplier Qualification
Route selection between in-house and our qualified partner network based on process, tolerance, volume and certification requirement.
Inspection & Approval
First-article inspection, CMM reports and PPAP-style approval on request before series release.
Series Production
Batch traceability, ongoing SPC where required, and scheduled progress reporting.
CoC & Delivery
Certificate of Conformity, EN 10204 3.1 material certificates and dimensional reports delivered with every shipment.
