Occupancy sensors, flush actuators, LED modules and door sensors — sourced through qualified electronic partners and integrated into assemblies.

Partitions, brackets, cable trays and control-panel enclosures in 304 / 316L stainless, TIG-welded and finished to rolling stock specification.

Fire classification for railway vehicles
Material selection and finish specification reviewed against fire, smoke and toxicity requirements at RFQ stage.
Substance compliance
Full declaration of substances of very high concern (SVHC) and RoHS conformity per supplied part.
Door & emergency release systems
Emergency release handle design, operating forces and marking aligned with EN 14752 for rolling stock doors.
Material certification
3.1 inspection certificates supplied with all metallic components as standard.

Quality management system currently on the IRIS certification roadmap; project alignment to rail-industry practice today.
Railway welding — in progress, target 2027
Welding qualifications under development for CL1–CL4 rolling stock work. Interim welds carried out to ISO 9606 / ISO 15614 through qualified partners.
